Medical Conditions and Allergies

Clients must inform staff of any known skin conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns that may affect the treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of irritation, injury, or adverse reactions.

Recent Skin or Body Treatments

Clients who have had chemical peels, laser treatments, or other skin procedures within the past two weeks should consult with staff before scheduling waxing or skin treatments. Similarly, those with injuries or medical conditions affecting muscles, joints, or circulation should discuss massage services in advance.

Assumption of Risk

All salon services carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to:

• allergic reactions
• skin irritation
• soreness
• injury

By receiving services, clients acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for any reactions or complications, provided that standard safety procedures are followed.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided by staff to minimize the risk of complications.

Refusal of Service

For the safety of clients and staff, Diamond Art Nails reserves the right to refuse services to anyone with conditions or behaviors that could create a health or safety risk.
